Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
    Note: During high-volume periods such as holidays, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, Moonlit Brujita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays caused by the carrier, or damages that occur during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist in the claim process if needed.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If applicable, international customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
